School with School Partnership Working

School Partnership Working and The Henry Moore School

The Henry Moore Primary School has been committed to partnership working for many years now.

Harlow Education Consortium

The school works in partnership with many other Harlow schools via the Harlow Education Consortium networking.

HEC itself is over twenty years old and has seen a great deal of shared support, offers high quality training and other support systems for Harlow schools including Financial support, EWO, EP, and other School Improvement partners.

HEC has had whole town INSET days with specific foci, Subject Leader meetings sharing resources and issues, and Harlow Head Teachers meet regularly to discuss current issues and support each other where and when possible.

Mary Evans—Head Teacher is currently Vice Chair of HEC.

Harlow Education Improvement Partnership (HEIP)

This initiative was started in September 2014 and will become a formalised organisation with significant funding from the Local Authority as of January 2015. The organisation has two chief officers and a Strategic Board.

This organisation will support and develop school with school support-and is currently identifying areas of strength and development in each school.

Once mapped, expertise within schools will be matched and shared as well as purchased school support.

Mary Evans-Head Teacher is on the Board.

Primary Strategy Consultant Leader

Mary Evans-Head Teacher has, in the past worked as a PSCL in several Essex schools.

Local Leader in Education

Thomas Willingale-Loughton-Partner Head Teacher
