Online Safety

Cyber Bullying has increased hugely over the last few years as mobile phones and internet access have increased amongst children and their families'. To learn more about how to keep yourself safe have a read through some of the information on the websites below. These are the three websites that we use in school to teach SMART internet use.  Make sure you learn how to keep yourself safe online by learning the rules off by heart.

CEOP

The NCA's CEOP Command (formerly the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre) works with child protection partners across the UK and overseas to identify the main threats to children and coordinates activity against these threats to bring offenders to account. They protect children from harm online and offline, directly through NCA led operations and in partnership with local and international agencies.

CEOP are also working to have the logo above put onto all websites that are frequently used by children. The idea is that, should any child feel uncomfortable with what they are seeing online, they can immediately press the button and it will be reported to CEOP.
